During the COVID-19 pandemic, I was the lead writer for all COVID communication. After successfully implementing one of the largest mass-vaccination drives in the country, the U.S. Department of Defense asked UCHealth to create a playbook so other organizations could learn from and implement these processes too. Some organizations that reached out to UCHealth for the book include Harvard, Apple, Microsoft, the city of Los Angeles, the city of Chicago and more.
